Biomedical Scienсеs

The M.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences is taught at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg (ALU). Students study for two years. The program is divided into three blocks. The teaching parts in Buenos Aires (8 months) and in Freiburg (8 months) are individually certified as “postgraduate courses”. The two-year International Double Master Program IMBS is designed for international graduate students who are motivated to learn more about the current state of research methods and theory in various subjects related to biomedicine and to improve their research technique via practical laboratory work with individual supervision. Additionally, you will improve in scientific writing, presentation skills, and communication. In addition to these enriching educational experiences, you will profit on a personal level by experiencing different cultures, learning new languages, and working with international teams. After successful completion of this program, you will receive a double master's Degree: a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from both Universities.
