Course Description
The LL.M. in Comparative and Global Law at the University of Münster is a two-semester, English-taught master’s program launched in the winter semester 2025/26 for students worldwide who want to deepen their expertise in international law, comparative law, and legal history. Taught at one of Germany’s largest and most prestigious law faculties in Münster’s historic city center, the program combines rigorous academic training with opportunities to strengthen legal research skills and engage with leading scholars. It is designed for graduates with a strong legal background, while selected applicants from related disciplines may also qualify if they can demonstrate sufficient legal coursework. With only 20 places per year, no tuition fee, and a globally oriented curriculum, the program offers an academically focused pathway into interconnected legal systems.
