Requirements
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a subject-related degree, such as Computer Science and Computer Science for Digital Media, as well as other technical-scientific areas of study with a heavy emphasis on computer science.
The university will check if you have completed a sufficient number of mathematics and computer science courses:
- Mathematics and computer science amounting to the equivalent of at least 90 ECTS points (approx.).
- Mathematics amounting to at least 15 ECTS points.
- Computer science amounting to at least 45 ECTS points.
An overall final grade of at least 2.0 from an institute of higher education, a public administration college (Verwaltungsfachhochschule) or a public (or state-accredited) university of co-operative education for vocational training (Berufsakademie). ‘Subject-related’ in this case applies to degree programs in Computer Science and Computer Science for Digital Media, as well as other technical-scientific areas of study with a heavy emphasis on computer science.
Language Requirements
The following certificates are recognised as proof of your language proficience.
Specification: C1 for admission to the Master's thesis.
Specification: CAE for admission to the Master's thesis.
Specification: 7.0 for admission to the Master's thesis.
Specification: 95 for admission to the Master's thesis.
