Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in data science.
Required ECTS credits: 180.
Students with a bachelor's degree in mathematics or computer science are entitled to admission if they have completed a total of at least 90 credit points (CP) in modules from the two scientific disciplines of mathematics and computer science as part of this or another degree program. Of these, 72 credits should be allocated to modules that correspond to the objectives and competencies of the following modules: "Object-Oriented Programming", "Algorithms and Data Structures", "System Software and Computer Communication" as well as "Efficient Algorithms", "Machine Learning", "Fundamentals of Linear Algebra", and either "Fundamentals of Analysis" and "Fundamentals of Higher Mathematics" or "Analysis I" and "Analysis II".
The Examination Committee may link admission to the condition that additional coursework and/or examinations totaling a maximum of 30 CP be completed. In such cases, the degree program may be prolonged accordingly.
