The challenge at the pharmaceutical company kohlpharma was a lifetime experience; these four weeks have been the highlight of my master’s degree so far. We had to work together and did so, overcoming all language barriers, time zones, and different mentalities.
What I particularly liked was the practical, hands-on approach to the project, which allowed me to actively apply theoretical knowledge. The course thrives on close interaction with team members and experts—both on-site, in online sessions, and during in-person meetings where direct feedback on the use cases is provided. The positive team dynamics and relaxed atmosphere, even during stressful phases, contributed significantly to the successful project outcome.
My highlight was the exchange within the group and with the experts, where we not only learned new things but also experienced exciting technical implementations of the use cases. It was especially interesting to see that other companies face similar challenges in the implementation process.
