System accreditation is the internal quality assurance system of a state or state-recognized higher education institution in Germany. With system accreditation, a higher education institution receives the right to award the seal of the Accreditation Council for its self-assessed study programs.
The application requirements for the study program in “Electrical and Microsystems Engineering” are:
Previous bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in:
- Electrical and Information Technology,
- Mycrosystems Engineering, or
- Physical Technology.
Minimum ECTS points required:
*At least 30 ECTS in the form of an internship (20 weeks) must be completed in the first year. Also relevant work experience can be recognized.
Grade for application: 2.5 or better. If grade is lower, a ranking certificate may be submitted (51 percent best of cohort).

Application Procedure & Selection
€ 75 for the first application, € 30 for each additional (only when VPD from uni-asist is needed)
University entrance qualification (university entrance qualifications obtained abroad, e.g. school leaving certificates must be translated at least into English).
Proof of professional experience after completing your studies.
Proof of a 6-month internship** (>= 20 weeks full-time).
