It is necessary that the applicant has the skills required in the following areas:
A total of 20 CP in mathematical, chemical and physical modules from the following areas: mathematical basics (at least 5 CP), chemical basics (at least 5 CP), and physical basics (at least 5 CP).
A total of at least 45 CP in geoscientific modules from the following areas: basics of geology (at least 10 CP), geophysics (at least 5 CP), inorganic geochemistry (at least 5 CP), organic geochemistry (at least 5 CP), and GIS/Remote sensing (at least 5 CP), and in addition from geodynamics, engineering and hydrogeology, and sedimentology and structural geology.
A total of at least 5 CP in geoscientific terrain training from the following areas: geological mapping courses, terrain geography seminars/excursions/field internships/field exercisеs.
