Geodesy and Geoinformatics

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in surveying, geodesy, geoinformatics or related fields. Prospective students should be familiar with the concepts of linear algebra, statistics and optimization theory. They should have a basic understanding of digital imaging/computer vision, satellite positioning, and the Earth gravity field. Finally, they need to have programming skills.
In case of missing knowledge, an admission may still be granted, however subject to successfully completing additional courses in which these basics are being taught. Note, that in this case, the length of the program may exceed the normal 2-year cycle.
The degree program does not require a mandatory internship.

Application Procedure & Selection
The list of documents will appear as soon as you go through the online application. Originally it is written down in the application regulations (in the German language because it's an official law).
Please add to your signed application form the following documents:
- Your CV.
- Certified copies of:
- Language certificate.
- Certificate of your bachelor's degree.
- Transcript of records in English or German.
Copies of your original certificates (don’t send originals) can usually be certified by different institutions in your home country and the issuing institution itself.
