Course Description
The Environmental Engineering degree programme will not be offered in the winter semester 25/26; the new master's degree programme Geothermal Energy Systems that replaces it will then start in the summer semester 2026.
Requirements
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, geosciences, sustainable development, process engineering or a comparable program.
Minimum standard period of study: 7 semesters.
Required ECTS credits: 210.
Applicants who have completed a 6-semester bachelor’s program (180 ECTS credits) can also enrol on the MSc in Environmental Engineering. Proof of the missing 30 ECTS credits can be produced in the shape of what are known as “alignment credits”, which do not necessarily have to be achieved before starting the master’s prοgram.
- A final cumulative grade of 2.5 (up to 2.59) or higher.
- ECTS Grade B or bеttеr.

Specification: 400 (listening) and 385 (reading).
