Course Description

IBR Global MBA is a blend of residential periods and assignments that are designed as practical in-company projects. It is the best example of a truly work-integrated MBA program, rooted in the experience of German dual education. IBR runs six weekly residential periods in Europe, Asia, Australia, America, and Africa. Locations of residential depend on the student’s country of residence. With a maximum of 20 students, classes are small to allow personal interaction between faculty and students.

In addition to residential, assignments are pitched to optimize bottom-line performance at IBR students‘ workplace thus creating real value for their employers. IBR complements each assignment with a tutorial session, offering coaching opportunities professionally and academically.

Previous Degree

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant course.

Required ECTS crеdits: 210.

Work Experience

Students in our current classes have on average more than 10 years of postgraduate work experience. Candidates with less than two years of working experience in higher management positions will regrettably not be acceptеd.

Should English not be your native language, IBR will need to be satisfied that you possess an acceptable level of English language acumen (written and verbal). Please contact your local IBR office for further information. It is of importance to note that the latter requirement is not compulsory for applicants who have lived in an English speaking country for over 2 years, or who have been educated in English.
