Qualification Requirements
Previous Degree
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) that qualifies for a profession in the field of information systems management or a similar, related course of study. The responsible examination board decides on equivalence and subject-related eligibility. A course of study is generally considered similar or related as stated above when the degree includes the following elements:
- At least 15 CP in the field of mathematics.
- At least 20 CP in the field of computer science.
- At least 10 CP in the field of information systems management, and
- At least 10 CP in the field of economics and business.

English language proficiency can also be proven by TU Berlin's ZEMS language course level B2 or higher (successfully completed and with ECTS points certificate), bachelor studies with English as the language of instruction in an English-speaking country according to section "English as a native language" (successfully completed at an acknowledged university), German Abitur stating "Allgemeine Hochschulreife" with at least 6 years of basic or advanced courses in English as a first or second language and a minimum of 11 points on average or grade 2.0 over the last 4 school terms or explicit confirmation on the certificate that the achieved English level corresponds at least to level B2. English as a native language with an identification document from an English-speaking country where English is the official language. Accepted countries are Antigua & Barbuda, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Cook Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Ireland, Jamaica, Canada, New Zealand, Philippines, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Vincent, Singapore, Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland), United States of America.
