It suits driven individuals with strong analytical thinking, intercultural curiosity, and solid English proficiency who want to specialize in finance, marketing, or operations while gaining experience across global markets.
You'll master core areas including Global Business Management, Strategic Management, and Leadership Skills, then deepen expertise through a chosen specialization: Controlling & Finance, International Marketing, or Operations Management. Managing Consulting Projects, integrated case studies, company excursions, and a 12-week compulsory internship anchor learning in real business contexts. A semester abroad and the final master's thesis complete your journey from analytical foundations to strategic leadership.
This is a full-time Master of Science delivered 100% in English, available on campus at seven German locations — Dortmund, Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Stuttgart, and Berlin — or as Distance Learning. The standard duration is three semesters plus one dedicated master's thesis semester, with a Fast Track option allowing completion in only three semesters. The program starts each September (fall term) and includes one compulsory integrated semester abroad at a partner university.
