Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics. physics, engineering, economics, or a degree with a solid background in university-level mathematics.
Required ECTS credits: 180.
GPA (German System) 3.00
GPA Comment
3.0 in a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, or 2.5 in another degree with at least 30 credit points in analysis, linear algebra, probability theory & statistics, again with a grade of 2.5 or better (If necessary, admission can be granted conditionally on taking additional bachelor courses in the first two semesters).

Additional information:
English language proficiency can also be proven in particular by the school report (at least four years of schooling, graduation with at least a school grade satisfactory [07]), or by the completion of an English-language bachelor's degree. School leaving certificate after the tenth grade from a school in Germany (with German being the general language of Instruction for all subjects) and proof of having passed the ”Feststellungsprüfung” are also accepted as German language certificates.
