Step into leadership where technology meets strategy: IU’s MBA in Engineering Management helps you become the manager who can translate engineering complexity into business results. In three semesters you build a solid MBA core—leadership, corporate finance, marketing, and performance management—then apply it to strategy, ethics, and operations. You go deep into Manufacturing Methods, Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things, and strengthen data-driven analysis for better planning, budgets, and quality. A substantial capstone plus Product Development and Design Thinking lets you solve real management challenges from end to end.
