Previous Degree

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Natural Sciences

MInimum standard period of study: 6 semesters.

In addition, the following credit points (CP) must have been acquired in the context of the previous course of study by attending lectures (L) and practical courses (P):

  1. 7 CP in Cell and Molecular Biology (L, P).
  2. 13 CP in Biochemistry and/or in Physiology (L, P).

A final average grade of 2.5 or better.

Application Documents


It is obligatory to hand in preliminary check documentation (VPD) issued by uni-assist.

Only the preliminary check documentation issued by uni-assist (see above) and an approved language certificate in certified copy have to be submitted when applying to Heinrich-Heine-University. Thus, local educational certificates do not have to be handed in anymore.
