Course Description
The master's degree in Human Resources Management was designed for students with a first degree in business administration who are very interested in deepening their knowledge in the relevant specialist areas of human resources management.
The digitization of the working world, demographic change and globalization present companies with significant challenges in the area of personnel management. This master's programme takes up these developments and serves to enable you to take on management positions and staff functions in human resources management in medium-sized and large companies.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in economics.
Minimum standard period of study: 7 semesters.
Required ECTS credits: 210.
Students with a 6-semester first degree in business administration have the opportunity to compensate for the missing 30 ECTS by completing a practical phase, studying abroad, or completing modules amounting to 30 ECTS.
