Course Description
Are you just completing your bachelor's degree and would you like to deepen your scientific knowledge of psychology in an international environment? Do you want to get a deeper insight into central psychological sub-disciplines and professional and research practice? Would you like to be allowed to develop an individual qualification profile during your master’s degree? Then the English-German master's program in Psychology is your next stop. The broad Master of Science course leads from the basics to practice and enables individual specialization.
Within four semesters of the master's degree, you will learn about cognitive psychology, social psychology, neuropsychology, work and organizational psychology, and pedagogical psychology in practice and research. Via these various main topics, you will acquire well-founded knowledge, versatile skills, and the ability to work independently using scientific knowledge and methods.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Psychology.
Minimum standard period of study: 3 years.
Required ECTS credits: 180.
Proof of at least 155 ECTS points in Psychology, including at least 30 ECTS points in the field of Psychological Methodology within the study program leading to the first university degreе.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 2,5 (German grading systеm).

If you have already completed your bachelor's degree:
- The certificate of the first university degree.
- An official overview of the content of all achievements of the first university degree (e.g. Transcript of Records; officially signed/certified).
- Recognized language certificates proving language proficiency in German and English, both officially signed/certified (see language requirements).
If you have already completed your bachelor’s degree, but the degree certificate has not been issued yet:
- A confirmation from the university that you have completed your degree, with the overall grade (e.g. Transcript of Records; officially signed/certified).
- A transcript of records with information on individual grades and ECTS credits earned (officially signed/certified).
- Recognized language certificates proving language proficiency in German and English, officially signed/certified (see language requirements).
If you have not yet completed your bachelor's degree:
- An official certificate from the university about all achievements already made (including grades and details of ECTS points earned) of at least 150 ECTS points (e.g. Transcript of Records; officially signed/certified).
- An official confirmation of the university about the grade, alternatively the submission, or at least the registration of the thesis or about the expected completion date of the study program (e.g. Transcript of Records; officially signed/certified).
- Recognized language certificates proving language proficiency in German and English, both officially signed/certified (see language requiremеnts).
