Minimum overall Bachelor's degree grade of 2.5 required. Degree must typically comprise 210 ECTS (minimum 180 ECTS). Relevant fields include engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, supply engineering, or comparable. English language requirement: IELTS at least 6.5 or TOEFL at least 85 points (B2). German language requirement: A1. A letter of motivation (200–500 words) is also required. Under BayHIG, applicants with 180 ECTS (rather than 210) may need additional time to catch up on mοdulеs.
