Course Description
The M.Sc. in Visual Computing at Saarland University explores the science and technology behind how computers process, analyze, and generate visual information. Students gain expertise in image analysis, pattern recognition, image synthesis, and scientific visualization while building strong foundations in mathematics, informatics, and engineering. The program is designed for graduates in computer science, informatics, mathematics, physics, engineering, or related fields with a cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (75%) and ranking among the top 10% of their graduating class. Applicants without a degree from the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), Switzerland, or the UK must upload a GRE or GATE test result. Others may submit it optionally. Attach the test result to the end of your degree certificatе.
