Requirements
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in wood science or bio-resource management from the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Natural Sciences at Universität Hamburg, or any other bachelor's degree, provided that at least 75 ECTS credits equivalent to the bachelor of science bio-resource management are verified.

Application Procedure & Selection
Application Documents
You have to submit the following documents to applicate for a place in this master program:
- Application form: you have to fill in the form online via STiNE. Print it out and send it together with the other required documents (see below) to the application address announced at the bottom. Please do not forget to sign the application form.
Applicants who have finished their graduate degree before March 31th have to send the following documents in addition to their application form:
- Certificates of the bachelor's degree.
- In the case that modules, courses, and examinations are not listed in the certificate you have to add a "transcript of records".
- English language certificate (see language requirements).
- Certificate of additional qualification relating to the master's program.
Applicants who are in the final stage of their bachelor without a certificate of the bachelor's degree, have to send the following documents in addition to their application form:
- An official "transcript of records" where modules, courses, and examinations are listed and a preliminary overall grade has been given.
- Applications can only be considered if you can prove that you are able to complete your bachelor's degree until the end of the first semester of the master Wood Science while studying the modules provided for the first semester of the master Wood Science.
- English language certificate (see language requirements).
