Hochschule für öffentliche Verwaltung Rheinland-Pfalz

The University of Public Administration Rhineland-Palatinate (HöV), based in Mayen, offers an integrated, practice-oriented three-year degree program for future civil servants entering the third entry level of the administrative and financial services career path (formerly known as the higher non-technical service). The program can be completed either as part of civil servant training or through an employment relationship. Since 2009, the university has awarded the Bachelor of Arts degree (formerly: Diplom-Verwaltungswirt (FH)) to its graduates. The HöV offers several specialized dual study programs, including General Administration, Road and Traffic Law, Pension Insurance, Administrative Business Administration, and Administrative Informatics.
