Fachhochschule Erfurt, also known as University of Applied Sciences Erfurt or FH Erfurt, is a public university founded in 1991 shortly after German reunification. With over 4,000 students, it is a medium-sized university of applied sciences located in the historic city of Erfurt, the capital of the German state of Thuringia in central Germany.  UAS Erfurt has three campuses located in different parts of Erfurt - the Altonaerstrasse Campus, the Leipzigerstrasse Campus and the Schlüterstrasse Campus.
