Stuttgart Media University (Hochschule der Medien, HdM), founded in 2001, is a public university of applied sciences in Stuttgart with around 5,000 students from over 80 countries. Specialising in media and communication, it offers more than 30 degree programmes across its three faculties – Print and Media, Electronic Media, and Information and Communication – including English-taught options such as International Business (B.A.), Crossmedia Publishing (M.A.) and Computer Science and Media Applications (M.Sc.). Its modern Vaihingen campus features TV studios, VR labs, sound stages, printing facilities, a media library and Germany’s largest university-based packaging development centre.
