The Rheinische Hochschule Köln (RH Köln) is a state-recognized university of applied sciences (Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften) under private, non-profit sponsorship in Cologne, Germany. Rooted in the Rheinische Ingenieurschule für Bau- und Maschinenbauwesen, which was founded in 1971, it was formally established as a university of applied sciences in 1971 and belongs to the network of the Rheinische Stiftung für Bildung. In March 2024, the institution underwent a comprehensive rebranding, changing its name from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln to Rheinische Hochschule Köln to reflect its evolution into a modern university of applied sciences.
