The School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) is the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University. SIBE offers postgraduate programs in Germany and in cooperation with partner universities in Brazil, the USA, China, India, and the UK. The programs follow a work-integrated model: students are placed with partner companies, which typically cover most of the tuition fees and pay a monthly salary. SIBE has been running Master's programs since 1994 and has over 5,500 graduates and 350+ partner companies.

Numerus Clausus (Admission Restriction)

For degree courses with a numerus clausus, part of the study places are allocated according to the grade point average (GPA) of the previous degree. Selection is generally based on how many applicants apply for a place. The higher the grade, the more difficult it is to get onto the course. The German grading system ranges from 1.0 (very good) to 6.0 (unsatisfactory).
