University of Applied Labour Studies of the Federal Employment Agency: Top Study Programs (2026/27)

Founded in 2006, the University of Applied Labour Studies (HdBA) is a state-recognised institution of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) in Germany. With campuses in Mannheim and Schwerin, the HdBA specialises in labour market and employment studies and offers Bachelor's programmes in Labour Market Management and Guidance for Education, Careers and Employment, as well as a Master's programme in Labour Market Oriented Counselling.
