Testimonials
The university studies cover a very broad range of teaching areas, giving me the opportunity to gain a great deal of insight into the food industry and admitting me to a lot of freedom of choice in my future career. In any case, the food technology study programme at Fulda University of Applied Sciences offers you an exciting, thrilling and practice-oriented course of study, which I can only recommend.
The Bachelor's degree in food technology is admittedly a demanding university studies programme, but in my opinion it is highly interesting. I particularly like the fact that all natural sciences are combined with technical subjects. This means, for example, that there is a concrete link between chemistry and food. In summary, I can only recommend the study programme to anyone who is interested in science and technology in relation to food. The university studies are interesting and varied and I also think the study environment is ideal.
It was already clear to me during my school days that I wanted to work in the food industry in the future. I wanted to work in the food industry in the future. The study programme gives me the opportunity to acquire a broad wide range of knowledge about the complex processes involved in the food industry. I would make the same decision again at any time and wish you lots of fun and success on your way through your university studies.
