Course Description
If becoming an economist with an exceptional international perspective is your goal, the B.Sc. in International Economic Studies is the right choice for you! Study various topics of microeconomics and macroeconomics, economic integration, development economics, labor economics, or financial markets, among others. Improve your language skills by attending courses on selected foreign languages too! Students even have the option to spend one semester studying at one of the 140 partner universities of FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg to gain international experience.

The B.Sc. in International Economics Studies is aimed particularly at prospective international students who hold an university degree for German Universities, wishing to gain important knowledge of international economics.

Qualification Requirements
The application requirements for the study program in "International Economiс Studiеs" are:
To study at the Bachelor‘s level in Germany, international students must have a qualification that is equivalent to a German university entrance certificate (Hochschulreife), allgemeine Hochschulreife (Abitur), or equivalent school leaving certificates.
In many cases, international applicants also take an assessment examination (Feststellungsprüfung) at a ‘Studienkolleg’ or provide proof of previous study periods in their home country before they are admitted to the degree program. Detailed information is available on the university’s page about the Evaluation of international qualifications and ‘Studienkolleg&rsquο;.
Language Requirements
The following certificates are recognized as proof of your language proficiency.

Please use the DoSV for registration and the Online Application Portal CAMPO to submit your application. Applicants are required to hand in paper copies and/or certified copies of several documents. Please inform yourself in a timely manner, e.g. over CAMPO. Thank you!
After completing your online application, print and sign the completed application form (form you will get over CAMPO) and send it by post to FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, Zulassungsstelle, Schlossplatz 4, 91054 Erlangen with all the (below) documents.
