You must be able to acquire an advanced (CEFR C1) proficiency certification in both German and English after the first few semesters. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in another language with at least a B1 level of the CEFR or with a Hebraicum, Graecum, or Small Latinum exam. If the candidate does not already have proficiency through a native language other than German or English, then proof can be provided through a passing grade in an internationally recognized exam, which was completed no more than two years before the receipt of the application for the course, or with a minimum of five years of school classes, or with a minimum of three years of school classes leading up to the completion of high school, with a minimum of four hours class per week.
