Hannoversch Münden Universities (2026/27)

Hannoversch Münden offers international students a distinctive educational experience at its campus of HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts, specializing in sustainable forestry, wood technology, and resource management. This extraordinarily picturesque medieval town provides specialized education in a setting of remarkable beauty, where over 700 half-timbered houses create one of Germany's most perfectly preserved historic centers at the confluence of three rivers. International students benefit from studying forestry and sustainability in the midst of extensive woodland regions, with the surrounding forests serving as living laboratories for practical education in sustainable resource management. The intimate campus atmosphere fosters close relationships with professors and a collaborative learning community focused on environmental stewardship.
