Offenburg's city center offers a variety of department stores and specialty shops as well as a farmers' market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Inexpensive groceries can be found at the major supermarket chains around town. Offenburg is also the seat of many international companies and has a great variety of restaurants, bars and international and local festivals as the Euro Cheval, wine festival, the carnival, among many others.
