To study at a university, you need a corresponding qualification: a higher education entrance qualification (HZB, e.g. Abitur).

With a subject-specific university entrance qualification (e.g. after an apprenticeship), applicants can apply for subject-related degree programs. For further information on applying with and without an Abitur, visit the university websites.

If applicants did not obtain their Bachelor's degree at RPTU, they must fulfil the following admission requirements:

Business Administration :70 credit points
Proof of competence in the areas of:
Cost and revenue accounting,
financial reporting, production/logistics,
marketing, investment and financing,
personnel, organisation, taxes and operations
Research, Strategic Management

Economics: 12 credit points
Proof of competence in the areas of
Microeconomics, Macroeconomics

Law: 9 credit points
Proof of competence in civil law and a
further legal specialisation

Mathematics/Statistics/Data Science: 20 credit points
Proof of competence in the areas of
analysis, linear algebra, descriptive and inferential
descriptive and inferential statistics, data science

Scientific foundations: 8 credit points
Competences in the area of
philosophy of sciencе
