Requirements
Qualification Requirements
The application requirements for the study program in “Electrical Engineering and Embedded Systems” are:
A Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas (or any other related field of study):
- Electrical engineering,
- Electronics,
- Computer science.
The Bachelor's degree should consist of 210 ECTS.
Graduates with only 180 ECTS have to meet additional requirements.
GPA of 2.5 or better (according to the German system).
- Proven knowledge of VHDL/ Verilog,
- Proven knowledge of a Programming Language e.g. C, C++, Rust, MATLAB, or Julia,
- Excellent Mathematic skills.
Additional requirements that might increase your admission chances:
- Proven relevant work experience of at least 2 two years.
- Published research paper in the field of electrical engineering.
- Provided GRE with a score of at least 161 in Quantitative Reasoning.
