BSP Business & Law School is a private, state-recognized university for management and law with campuses in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, and Düsseldorf. Founded in 2009 and family-run, it unites four faculties under one roof: Business and Management, Applied Sport Sciences & Personality, Creative Business, and the university-level Faculty of Law. Around 2,100 students study at the four campuses under the same concept – in small groups and with faculty who are there for them without fixed office hours.

The portfolio ranges from eight bachelor's and ten master's programs to the State Examination in Law, and three programs are taught entirely in English.

Study law without a numerus clausus, earn an integrated Bachelor of Laws after six semesters, and take the First State Examination after nine: In this online info session, the Faculty of Law presents its university-level law program (Staatsexamen). You'll learn how studying at BSP is structured, how the admissions process works, and which campuses are open to you – and you can ask your questions directly to faculty and the admissions team.

For the 2026/27 winter semester, the university opened its campus at the Alte Hopfenpost on Rundfunkplatz, right in the Maxvorstadt district. At the Open Campus Day, you'll get to know the campus and its programs. The day also features keynote talks, workshops, conversations with students and faculty, and personal advising on admissions and financing.

Law Preview Day

Ab Oktober 2027 kannst du Rechtswissenschaft an der BSP auch in Düsseldorf studieren – beim Schnuppercamp bekommst du schon jetzt einen authentischen Eindruck. Auf dem Programm stehen Vorlesungen zu Strafrecht in der digitalen Gesellschaft, Psychologie in der Rechtsanwendung und Zivilrecht im Alltag, dazu der Austausch mit Jura-Studierenden und Beratung zu Bewerbung und Finanzierung. Zum Abschluss kannst du freiwillig und kostenlos den schriftlichen Aufnahmetest ablegen. Geleitet wird der Tag vom Gründungsdekan der Fakultät Rechtswissenschaften.

BSP opens its doors in HafenCity: At the Open Campus Day, you'll get to know the university and its programs through talks and workshops, meet students and faculty, and get answers to all your questions about admissions, financing, and campus life in a personal advising session. The campus tour comes with a view of the Marco Polo Terraces, the Elbe River, the canals, and the historic Speicherstadt warehouse district. Family and friends are welcome.

Law Preview Day

Spend a day immersed in BSP's law program at the HafenCity campus – with lectures on fundamental rights and constitutional law and on criminal law in the digital society, a campus tour, conversations with law students, and advising on admissions and financing. To wrap up, you can take the written admissions test – voluntary and free of charge. The trial camp is part of the Hamburg Open Campus Day.

The BSP Education Fund lets you study without paying upfront: Brain Capital covers the full tuition fees for your bachelor's or master's program at BSP. During your studies, you pay neither interest nor installments – only after graduating and once you earn at least 30,000 euros gross per year do you pay back a fixed share of your income. This keeps you financially flexible and independent of your parents.
