MSB Medical School Berlin โ Hochschule fรผr Gesundheit und Medizin is a private, state-recognized university headquartered in Berlin-Wilmersdorf. Founded in 2012, it now brings three faculties together under one roof: Health Sciences (university of applied sciences) as well as Natural Sciences and Medicine (both with university status). Around 3,200 students are enrolled in 19 degree programs โ from the NC-free state examination in Medicine to Psychology, Social Work, Physician Assistant, and Digital Health Management, three of them taught entirely in English. Scholarship and funding
MSB Education Fund with Brain Capital
The MSB Education Fund lets you study without paying tuition upfront: Brain Capital covers the full tuition fees for the Bachelor's and Master's in Psychology as well as the clinical phase of the Medicine degree. During your studies, you pay neither interest nor instalments โ only after graduating, and once you earn at least 30,000 euros gross per year, do you repay a fixed share of your income over ten years. This keeps you financially flexible and independent of your parents.

With its Scholarship for Achievement and Commitment, MSB rewards your dedication: if you have successfully completed your first semester, achieved excellent grades and are actively involved socially or in university life, you can apply for a partial tuition waiver. Each award is limited to one semester so that as many students as possible can benefit.

If you study Medicine at MSB, you can apply for the Clinical Training Scholarship during the clinical phase of your degree. It supports committed students with excellent exam results and outstanding dedication to patient care through a partial refund of tuition fees โ usually for two semesters.

Through the DAAD's PROMOS programme, MSB awards scholarships for semesters abroad, international internships as well as subject-specific and language courses worldwide. Calls for applications are issued twice a year and complement Erasmus+ and MSB's own Exchange Programme.

If a sibling is already studying at MSB or one of the network's partner universities โ BSP, MSH, HMU Potsdam or HMU Erfurt โ or has graduated from one of them, you receive a 10 percent discount on tuition fees when you enrol. The discount applies to all degree programmes except Medicine.

The overall organisation and the way courses were run worked really smoothly, so I was able to focus fully on lectures, seminars and exams.
