Norddeutsche Akademie für Finanzen und Steuerrecht

The Norddeutsche Akademie für Finanzen und Steuerrecht Hamburg (NoA) is a public institution overseen by the Hamburg Finance Authority. Established in 2010, it resulted from the merger of the former Hochschule für Finanzen Hamburg and the Landesfinanzschule Hamburg. The academy specializes in training tax officials for the financial administrations of Hamburg, Bremen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and the Federal Central Tax Office. According to the Tax Officials Training Act (StBAG), it offers programs for the higher service (Diplom-Finanzwirt) and the middle service (Finanzwirt), along with continuing education courses.
