All degree programs and courses are designed to be studied alongside your job, so you can build new qualifications without putting your career on hold. A defining feature is the consistent transfer into practice: in many sessions you work on real projects and apply new methods directly in your professional environment. Teaching often takes place in small groups, where experienced instructors support you personally. The teaching concepts are based on current research and modern learning technology.

As a non-profit institution, the Akademie pursues no commercial interest but a public educational mission. It is also active internationally, for example with preparatory programs for prospective international students and offerings for humanitarian aid. Teachers, too, can benefit from dedicated professional development on current topics in school life. In short, here you'll find an environment where you can develop in a targeted, practice-oriented way.
