The Berlin School of Creative Leadership is a business school specialising in executive education at Steinbeis University (Steinbeis-Hochschule), a private, state-recognised university. At its heart is the English-taught Executive MBA in Creative Leadership. This part-time programme follows a modular, hybrid format that combines online phases with in-person modules in international cities such as Berlin, New York, San Francisco, Shanghai and Tokyo. The FIBAA-accredited MBA degree is awarded by Steinbeis University, where all students are enrolled. The school also offers customised in-house leadership programmes for companies.

Most Selective International Programs at Berlin School of Creative Leadership
For degree courses with a numerus clausus, part of the study places are allocated according to the grade point average (GPA) of the previous degree. Selection is generally based on how many applicants apply for a place. The higher the grade, the more difficult it is to get onto the course. The German grading system ranges from 1.0 (very good) to 6.0 (unsatisfactory).
