Leibniz-Fachhochschule: Master Programs without Admission Restriction / NC-Free (2026/27)

Leibniz University of Applied Sciences (Leibniz-FH), founded in 2011 as a private state-recognized Fachhochschule in Hannover, emerged from the Leibniz-Akademie established in 1920, offering bachelor's and master's programs in business administration, health management, and therapy sciences. This small private institution with several hundred students operates in Hannover (540,000 residents), Lower Saxony's capital, focusing on part-time and dual study formats designed for working professionals seeking academic qualifications while maintaining employment, with programs typically scheduled on evenings and weekends. As a private university, Leibniz-FH charges tuition fees higher than public institutions though generally structured as monthly payments to accommodate working students, with programs conducted in German requiring B2-C1 proficiency and often expecting applicants to have completed vocational training or possess relevant work experience. The institution emphasizes practical application over research, with faculty primarily drawn from industry rather than academia, offering small class sizes but limited academic breadth compared to Hannover's large public institutions like Leibniz Universität and Hochschule Hannover.
