The Norddeutsche Akademie für Finanzen und Steuerrecht Hamburg (NoA) is a public institution overseen by the Hamburg Finance Authority. Established in 2010, it resulted from the merger of the former Hochschule für Finanzen Hamburg and the Landesfinanzschule Hamburg.
