Trier University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule Trier), established in 1971, is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, with approximately 6,000 students and around 170 professors.  The university operates across three campuses: the main campus Schneidershof in Trier, the Environmental Campus Birkenfeld, and the Campus for Design and Art in Trier and Idar-Oberstein.
