More about this webinar

Agriculture and food science cover a lot more ground than most people expect. You might end up working on crop breeding, soil health, or animal welfare. Or in a lab developing new food products, checking food safety, or improving how food is processed. Or in management, helping farms and food businesses become more sustainable. Whether you’re finishing school or already have a degree, there are programs in Germany that can get you there.

Germany is a good place to learn this. It has a strong food industry, major agricultural technology companies like CLAAS and Bayer, and federal research institutes dedicated to plants, food, and rural areas. Programs here are hands-on: you might run experiments on a university research farm, spend a semester interning in Germany or abroad, or work with companies and NGOs on real problems like cutting food waste in supply chains. Some even help you turn your own idea into a startup. And you don’t need to have grown up on a farm. Students come from all kinds of backgrounds.

In the webinar, we’ll cover:

  • Which programs are available and how they differ
  • What background you need to apply
  • How the application process works and what to prepare
  • Where graduates work after their studies
  • Your questions, answered live by the program teams

Save your seat and find out where your studies could take you.
