Friedrichshafen: International Programs with Admission Restriction — Numerus Clausus/NC (2026/27)

Friedrichshafen offers international students a distinctive educational experience at Zeppelin University and the University of Applied Sciences, set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Constance with the Swiss Alps rising across the water—a setting that makes even routine walks to class feel remarkable. This charming lakeside city specialises in aerospace engineering, business innovation, and digital communication, drawing strength from its history as the birthplace of the Zeppelin airship and its present-day connections to industry leaders like Airbus, ZF Friedrichshafen, and the countless technology companies drawn to the region. Zeppelin University in particular has built a reputation for interdisciplinary thinking and entrepreneurial education, attracting ambitious students who want to bridge business, culture, and politics in unconventional ways. The lakefront environment shapes student life profoundly—promenades along the water, swimming in summer, and the nearby Alps for hiking and skiing create recreational opportunities that balance intensive study with genuine refreshment.
