Process Engineering Bachelor Programs in Germany without tuition fees (2026/27)

Germany is Europe’s undisputed leader for international students in Process Engineering, offering world-class education at the heart of the world’s third-largest chemical industry—where cutting-edge process design meets sustainable production in the legendary Chemical Triangle of Leuna–Bitterfeld–Wolfen. Studying here means joining exceptional programs at institutions such as TU Dortmund, TU Clausthal, and Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen–Nürnberg, in a country where BASF operates the world’s largest integrated chemical complex while pioneering green chemistry and circular economy solutions that set global manufacturing standards. Curricula combine thermodynamics, transport phenomena, and reaction engineering with advanced applications in bioprocessing, membrane technology, and process intensification, supported by hands-on training in pilot plants, industrial-scale facilities, and simulation tools like Aspen Plus.
