Technische Universität Ilmenau

The Technische Universität Ilmenau (TU Ilmenau), founded in 1894 as Thüringisches Technikum and today a renowned public research university, is located in the scenic Goethe and university town of Ilmenau at the heart of the Thuringian Forest.
