Goethe Dental School is the postgraduate continuing education offering of the Carolinum Zahnärztliches Universitäts-Institut gGmbH, an institute of Goethe University Frankfurt. Its roots go back to 1890, when the Carolinum sanatorium was founded; it was incorporated into the newly established Goethe University in 1915. The current master's portfolio began in 2009 with the Master of Science in Oral Implantology (MOI), based at the Carolinum on the campus of University Hospital Frankfurt. Today the school offers three specialised M.Sc.
