The Hochschule fĂŒr Kirchenmusik der Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgart, also known as the University of Church Music of the Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart, is one of Germanyâs oldest and most prestigious institutions for Catholic church music education, founded in 1872 as the Kirchenmusikschule Rottenburg. Located in the historic town of Rottenburg am Neckar, the university offers a comprehensive and practice-oriented curriculum for approximately 100 students, focusing on organ performance, choral conducting, and liturgical singing. Degree programs include the Bachelor of Music (B.Mus.) and Master of Music (M.Mus.) in Church Music.
