This historic city is the birthplace of the Bauhaus school, and its UNESCO World Heritage buildings—the iconic Bauhaus Building, the Masters' Houses, and the experimental Törten Estate—form an incomparable backdrop for students in creative disciplines, turning everyday surroundings into living lessons in design philosophy. The intimate campus atmosphere fosters close connections with professors and a collaborative spirit across international backgrounds, while workshops, exhibitions, and residencies at the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation create opportunities for hands-on engagement that few institutions anywhere can offer.
