Study Brewing and Beverage Technology in Freising (2026/27)

Germany offers international students unique Brewing and Beverage Technology programs that combine centuries-old brewing traditions with cutting-edge science in one of the world’s most dynamic beverage markets. These interdisciplinary, English-taught degrees draw from chemistry, biology, process engineering, and food technology to teach both the art of beer brewing and the science behind developing and quality-assuring a wide range of beverages—from craft beers to non-alcoholic and functional drinks.
