Trier Universities (2026/27)

Trier, Germany's oldest city, offers international students a unique blend of academic excellence and rich cultural heritage. The University of Trier is home to a diverse student body, with over 10% international students, and offers a range of English-taught Master's programmes in fields such as economics, environmental sciences and digital humanities. The university's International Office offers comprehensive support, including orientation programmes and housing assistance, to ensure a smooth transition for newcomers. Beyond academics, Trier's UNESCO World Heritage sites, such as the Porta Nigra and the Roman Amphitheatre, provide a historic backdrop to student life.
